allrides is a search engine for cars, operated by Allrides LLC, that aggregates vehicle listings from third-party dealerships so consumers can find cars available in their area. allrides is not a party to any sale or transaction between you and a dealership; all purchases, financing, and negotiations occur directly with the dealership.

3. Informational Service; No Fees or Compensation

The Service is provided for informational purposes only, as a free resource to help consumers find vehicles offered by area dealerships. Allrides LLC is not a motor vehicle dealer, broker, agent, financer, or insurer, and does not sell, lease, or finance vehicles.

The Service currently operates on a non-commercial basis: allrides does not charge fees to consumers or dealerships and does not receive commissions, referral fees, lead-generation fees, advertising payments, or any other compensation in connection with the listings displayed on the Service or with any vehicle transaction. The inclusion of a dealership or listing does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or referral by allrides, and does not indicate any affiliation between allrides and the dealership.

4. Listing Accuracy

Vehicle listings, pricing, availability, and specifications are provided by dealerships and updated regularly. allrides does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. Always verify details directly with the dealership before making a purchase decision.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without written permission.
• Submit false or misleading inquiries to dealers.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

6. Contacting Dealers

The Service displays each dealership's public contact information — such as phone number, address, and website — so you can contact dealers directly. allrides does not transmit inquiries on your behalf and does not share your personal information with dealerships. allrides is not responsible for any dealership's response, conduct, or any subsequent transaction; any agreement reached is solely between you and the dealer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on allrides — including design, code, logos, and text — is the property of allrides or its licensors. Vehicle images are provided by dealerships and remain their property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. allrides does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, allrides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any vehicle transaction facilitated through it.

Links to dealer websites or third-party services are provided for convenience. allrides does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.
