1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using allrides ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

allrides is a search engine for cars, operated by Allrides LLC, that gathers vehicle listings from the public websites of third-party dealerships so consumers can find cars available in their area. allrides is not a party to any sale or transaction between you and a dealership; all purchases, financing, and negotiations occur directly with the dealership.

3. Informational Service; No Fees or Compensation

The Service is provided for informational purposes only, as a free resource to help consumers find vehicles offered by area dealerships. Allrides LLC is not a motor vehicle dealer, broker, agent, financer, or insurer, and does not sell, lease, or finance vehicles.

The Service currently operates on a non-commercial basis: allrides does not charge fees to consumers or dealerships and does not receive commissions, referral fees, lead-generation fees, advertising payments, or any other compensation in connection with the listings displayed on the Service or with any vehicle transaction. The inclusion of a dealership or listing does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or referral by allrides, and does not indicate any affiliation between allrides and the dealership.

4. Listing Accuracy

Vehicle listings, prices, availability, photos, and specifications come from dealerships' own websites and are organized by allrides using automated tools. They are updated regularly but can be out of date or contain errors, and a car may be sold before its listing is removed. Prices may not include taxes, title, license, registration, or dealer fees. allrides does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. Always confirm details directly with the dealership before making a purchase decision.

Market summaries, model-year comparisons, recall information, and answers to common questions shown on search pages are generated from the listings on allrides and from public data published by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). They are for general information only and are not advice about any specific vehicle. Recall information is summarized by make, model, and year and may not reflect whether a recall has been repaired on a particular car; check a vehicle's VIN at nhtsa.gov/recalls or ask the dealership.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without our written permission. Search engines and other crawlers may access public pages as permitted by our robots.txt file.
Submit false or misleading information through any form on the Service.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, including by sending automated requests at a volume that burdens it.
Impersonate any person or entity.

6. Contacting Dealers

The Service displays each dealership's public contact information — such as phone number, address, and website — so you can contact dealers directly. allrides does not transmit inquiries on your behalf and does not share your personal information with dealerships. allrides is not responsible for any dealership's response, conduct, or any subsequent transaction; any agreement reached is solely between you and the dealer.

7. Intellectual Property

The allrides site design, code, logos, and original text are the property of Allrides LLC or its licensors. Vehicle photos and descriptions come from dealerships' websites and remain the property of their owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our express written permission.

8. Copyright Complaints

We respect the rights of copyright owners. If you believe material on allrides infringes your copyright, email our designated copyright agent (Copyright Agent, Allrides LLC) at contact@allrides.com with "Copyright notice" in the subject line and include:

Your physical or electronic signature, and your name, address, phone number, and email.
A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
The allrides page address (URL) of the material, so we can find it.
A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We will remove or disable access to material identified in a valid notice promptly. A dealership can also ask us to remove its listings or photos at any time by emailing the same address.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. allrides does not warrant that the Service will be accurate, error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allrides LLC and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or from any dealing or transaction between you and a dealership. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Allrides LLC and its owners, employees, and service providers from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these terms.

12. Third-Party Links

Links to dealer websites or third-party services are provided for convenience. allrides does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. General

These terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Allrides LLC about the Service. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
