• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without written permission.
• Submit false or misleading inquiries to dealers.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

5. Dealer Inquiries

When you submit an inquiry through our platform, your contact information is shared with the relevant dealership. AllRides is not responsible for the dealer's response, follow-up, or any subsequent transaction. Any agreement reached is solely between you and the dealer.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on AllRides — including design, code, logos, and text — is the property of AllRides or its licensors. Vehicle images are provided by dealerships and remain their property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AllRides does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability
