1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (such as your ZIP code for location-based search), information generated when you use our service, and limited diagnostic or measurement information from the service providers described below.

  • Usage data: pages visited, search filters applied, vehicles viewed.
  • Location data: ZIP code you voluntarily enter for distance-based search results.
  • Advertising measurement: Google Ads may receive page URLs, advertising identifiers, and browser, device, and interaction information to attribute visits and measure campaign performance for eligible U.S. visitors.
  • Analytics & monitoring: when configured, Google Analytics and PostHog receive limited page-view information, and Sentry receives error and performance diagnostics.
  • Dealer interest data: name, email, phone, and message if your dealership submits our dealer interest form.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information with dealerships — when you call or visit a dealer using the contact details shown on allrides, you do so directly. We share data only as described below:

  • Service providers: vendors that provide hosting, advertising measurement, analytics, email delivery, and error monitoring for allrides.
  • Legal requirements: when required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Cookies, Local Storage & Measurement

We use a functional cookie to remember the ZIP code you choose. Theme, saved vehicles, and recent searches are stored locally in your browser. You can clear or block this storage in your browser settings, although location and preference features may then reset.

  • Google Ads measurement may use cookies or similar identifiers for attribution. We send Google a Restricted Data Processing signal and disable ad-personalization signals. We do not use the current campaign to target a remarketing audience.
  • Google and our other service providers may receive information about your interaction with allrides, but we do not permit them to use allrides data to track you across unrelated websites for personalized advertising.
  • Nonessential Google Ads, Google Analytics, and PostHog scripts load only when our hosting provider identifies the request as coming from the United States. They do not load for EEA, UK, Swiss, or other non-U.S. visitors.
  • We honor supported Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals by not loading those nonessential measurement scripts.
  • When PostHog is configured, it runs without cookies, automatic interaction capture, or session recording. Sentry browser session replay is disabled.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Dealer interest submissions are retained for 12 months. Measurement and diagnostic data is retained according to our configured provider settings and the providers' applicable terms.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@allrides.com.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. When we do, we will post the revised policy here and update the "Last updated" date above. If a change materially affects how we collect, use, or share personal information, we will also provide a prominent notice on allrides before or when the revised policy takes effect.
